What is a visitor credit?
A credit is one inclusive day on a child visitor pass. Creating an invite reserves credits for those dates. When the guest claims the link, reserved credits become used and a child entitlement is created.
Who can share a visitor invite?
Anyone who holds a parent permit whose catalog SKU has visitor grants configured — tenant monthly, faculty staff, resident, and similar. Admin sets credits per window, max days, and link expiry on the parent product.
What if the guest never claims the link?
Unclaimed invites expire with the link window (default 24 hours) or can be canceled while pending. Canceling returns the reserved credits to the holder.
Can I revoke a claimed invite?
No. Once claimed, the child entitlement stays. Cancel only works on pending invites. Claimed access follows the stay dates already issued.
