Spot can also send a scan to an existing web URL during a switchover — that mapping is done with us, not as a self-serve type.
Short on purpose
Artwork encodes uppercase HTTPS://PRKG.LINK/K7M2. That string fits QR alphanumeric mode, so the grid has fewer modules than a checkout URL with query parameters. Fewer modules scan farther and look cleaner on a plaque.

Already printed
Switching vendors usually means a print truck. Spot can answer already-printed codes when the payload is a URL we can intercept. This is not “any QR on any sign.”
If the sticker is an HTTP(S) address, Spot can intercept at DNS or via a 302 from the current host, then map each path onto the same destinations.
When the org or outgoing vendor will CNAME or transfer the host, Spot staff wire the inbound map. This is not a Settings toggle.
Closed app schemes and binary ticket blobs never hit a URL Spot can answer. Those signs need a new sticker or a cover.
